PUP STAY DEEP CLEAN PROCESS:

🐾 Pets leave behind fur, dander, and sometimes accidents—these must be fully removed before the next guest checks in.

📌 Step 1: Inspect the Room for Accidents

• Look at the carpets & corners—if unsure, touch the carpet to check for dampness.

• If there are stains, odors, or damage, notify the front desk immediately.

📌 Step 2: Strip and Replace ALL Bedding

• Launder everything, including:

  • Duvet

  • Mattress protector

  • Pillow protectors

  • Sheets & pillowcases

  • Throw blankets (if applicable)

📌 Step 3: Remove ALL Pet Hair

• Vacuum every surface, including under the bed, along baseboards, and furniture.

• Use a lint roller or rubber glove technique to grab stubborn hair from fabric surfaces.

📌 Step 4: Wipe Down ALL Surfaces

• Sanitize nightstands, dressers, tabletops, and any area the pet may have touched.

• Double-check that no pet items, food, or toys are left behind.

📌 Step 5: Refresh the Air

• Deodorize the room to remove any lingering pet smells.

• Ensure air is circulating to keep things fresh.

• Mark the Pup Stay deep clean as complete to keep us on track.

FULL ROOM DEEP CLEAN PROCESS (Monthly Standard)

📌 Step 1: High-Level Cleaning

• Dust ceilings, fans, light fixtures, and corners.

• Wipe down walls, windows, and curtains.

📌 Step 2: Deep Clean Furniture & Floors

• Vacuum & clean under beds—dust and debris collect fast.

• Sanitize nightstands, dressers, and all hard surfaces.

📌 Step 3: Strip & Refresh Bedding

• Rotate mattresses.

• Replace mattress protectors and pillow protectors.

📌 Step 4: Bathroom Deep Clean

• Scrub all tile, grout, and fixtures.

• Check for any mold or buildup and remove it.

📌 Step 5: Final Touches

• Ensure all filters (AC, Mitsubishi units) are cleaned.

• Double-check for any missed spots before closing the door.

• Once the deep clean is done, check it off so we know it’s been completed!
